Getting to the campus by bus

For more detailed time tables for all bus stops, please have a look at the KEVAG site. From central stationFrom central station, lines 5 and 20 take you to the campus. Line 20 is much faster than 5/15, but does only travel from monday to friday. From Löhr CenterFrom Löhr Center, lines 3, 5, 20 and 355 take you to the campus. Again, line 5 is much slower than all the other lines, and line 20 does only travel on weekdays. Please be careful to use the bus stop on the opposite side of the road from the big bus station.Arriving by trainKoblenz is located at the IC/EC track that connects the major cities from north to south. After leaving the main station you will find the bus depot right in front of you. Terminal 1 is connected to train stations for regional trains (Regionalbahnhof) and long distance trains (Fernbahnhof). From Fernbahnhof you will have a connection about every hour, although there are only a few direct trains. Usually you have to change trains in Mainz. The train ride takes approx. 70 minutes. For train schedules see above. All major car rental companies have a desk at the terminal. By car it will take about 70 minutes. Airport Köln-Bonn: http://www.airport-cgn.de/ About 100 km from Koblenz. The ICE train station is right in front of Terminal 1. Trains to Koblenz are leaving every hour. The ride will take about 90 minutes. You can rent a car at the airport from one of the major car rental companies. Driving time by car is about one hour. Airport Hahn: http://www.hahn-airport.de/ About 65 km from Koblenz. Mostly targeted by discount airlines like Ryanair. You can rent a car at the airport from one of the major car rental companies or take a bus to Koblenz. Driving time is about an hour; there are five busses a day in each direction.
